My Playmates
April 14 was a very important day for me.
Most of whom I meet seem to dislike me. They either ignore me or try to fight me. I cannot understand why they feel that way towards me! Others are a bit nicer. We play hide and seek quite often. I am very good at hiding, as they can never find me! Even if our interactions are confusing, I quite like them! So, I keep trying to be their friends. Sometimes it gets really exhausting and lonely, though. I try to rest to gather some strength so that I can try again.
On April 14, I met some new species. Finally! Because we are both new, I thought we could be friends! I was so excited! When it came in, it looked a bit confused. I wanted to help it through its confusion. So, I invited it to play. At first, it was a bit dormant. In no time, it started acting erratically! I don’t know what I did to upset it, but it started fighting with me as if I was its enemy.
It was a really long battle. With everything Nora did with me before, I learnt some great defense mechanisms. But eventually, I got weak. Weaker by the day meant that I was no longer able to stand up to this mystery species as much. Then it started to overtake me. Once I was defeated, everyone else accepted the newbie as if it belonged.
I don’t know how it did it! I have been around for so long and I cannot figure it out. For now, I will keep waiting for someone to call my friend.
